Terms of Service

You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Reference Draft lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Reference Draft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, review, display, and distribute that content only to operate, promote, and improve the platform. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.

Submissions, job listings, and community activity may be reviewed, rejected, edited for formatting, hidden, archived, or removed. Publishing is not guaranteed. We may act to protect members, comply with law, or enforce these terms and the community guidelines.

Do not post illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or abusive material. Do not impersonate others, scrape the service, bypass security controls, distribute malware, manipulate votes, spam members, or use the platform to collect personal data without permission.

Reference Draft may link to external tools, courses, job application pages, portfolios, and other sites. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee those services or their content. Use them at your own discretion.

The Free plan has no charge. Creator is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider until cancelled. The current price, currency, taxes, and renewal information are shown before checkout. You can schedule cancellation from the billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless a refund, dispute, or immediate cancellation ends it earlier. Unused monthly submission allowances do not roll over.

A sponsored placement promotes one approved tool, design, workflow, or course for seven days in a clearly labelled area. Payment does not guarantee approval, traffic, clicks, or engagement and does not affect organic popularity. Availability is limited by section. If a completed payment cannot be fulfilled because capacity is no longer available, we will refund it.

Consumer rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. Outside those rights, subscription fees already charged and delivered sponsorship periods are generally non-refundable. We may issue a full or partial refund for duplicate charges, technical failures, undelivered placements, or other cases we approve. Chargebacks, refunds, and failed payments may suspend or end paid benefits.

We work to keep Reference Draft useful and secure, but the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, or harm caused by third-party sites or member content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may change these terms as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions or notices can be sent to contact@referencedraft.com.
