Privacy Policy

Reference Draft operates this platform. Until the business is formally incorporated, “Reference Draft”, “we”, and “us” refer to the platform operator. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@referencedraft.com.

We collect the information you give us when you create an account or use the platform: your name, email address, password hash, profile details, profile image, saved collections, onboarding preferences, submissions, job listings, posts, comments, votes, and reports.

We also process technical and security information such as IP address, request information, session identifiers, and security-challenge signals. Cloudflare provides our hosting, storage, security, and abuse prevention services.

We use your information to run your account, show the public information you choose to share, review submissions and job listings, operate the community, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, send verification and password-reset emails, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or run advertising based on your activity.

Your display name, username, avatar, profile bio and links, and the content you submit or post can be visible to other visitors when published. Do not include personal information in public posts or submissions unless you are comfortable making it public.

We use Cloudflare for infrastructure, security, D1 database storage, R2 file storage, and Turnstile anti-abuse checks. We use Google when you choose Google sign-in and to deliver account emails. If you purchase a plan or promotion, Dodo Payments processes checkout, payment, tax, subscription, refund, and billing details as our merchant-of-record provider. Reference Draft receives transaction identifiers and billing status but does not receive or store your full card number. Courses may link to YouTube and content may link to external sites. Those services have their own privacy practices.

We keep account information while your account is active and for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce our rules, or meet legal obligations. You can download your account data or permanently delete your account from your profile. Deletion removes your account, profile, saved items, submissions, uploads, and community contributions from the active platform. Some limited security or legal records may be retained where required.

Reference Draft is for people aged 16 and over. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 16.
